If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for a reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on the individual choice or decision of the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- For the delivery of goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life;
- For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract, and which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract is concluded, and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot control;
- For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal was broken after delivery;
- For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods;
- For the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was broken after delivery.
