What is the delivery time?

The delivery period consists of two parts:
• Processing time:
Your order will be reviewed, approved, and packed within 1 business day. The package will then be prepared for transport.

• Delivery time:
United Kingdom: 3-12 business days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail (United Kingdom).

All shipping times are excluding customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year's, delays may occur.

What is the shipping cost?
We offer our customers free premium worldwide shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in multiple shipments.
